Spotiamp is an application that allows you to play the playlists on your Spotify Premium account by combining the classic Winamp interface with the music player in streaming.
This tool is a tribute to Winamp from Spotify. The aim is to be an efficient MP3 player that is true to the original and that easily plays all of your music on the jukebox application.
The program is almost identical to the original version, an easy-to-use, light (400kb) and practical application. You just have to open the main menu to add and search for songs on your playlists.
Spotiamp access premium Spotify accounts to view playlists, search songs and listen to the radio in the same way you would if you were using Spotify. The difference is that this application lets you mix and equalize your music using the old Winamp interface.

Jul 09, 2019 The new Spotify Lite app will allow users a variety of feature to help manage their data and music streaming: The app is only 10MB, great for older phones and those that struggle with space. Lightweight Spotify alternatives, are there any that actually work? I'm looking for a lightweight linux alternative, but I guess others would also benefit from this information on other OSs. I've tried few linux ones (on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS), none of which worked (read: gave up after hour or so of trying), one was called Tomahawk I think. Visually, Xpotify looks more modern than Spotify's desktop app, and Xpotify is also easier to use with touch thanks to its larger icons and spread out interface. These lightweight headphones.

If older phones and bandwidth limits keep you from enjoying Spotify to its fullest extent, good news, the company is releasing a lightweight version to address those very issues.
