About a week ago, my iPhone will no longer play music through my car's stereo when connected via USB. It has worked flawlessly for over 2 years, then all of a sudden, it stops working. Last night, we used another iPhone (not mine) and it worked perfectly. So, my question is, did the latest. I personally use this approach when visiting several houses with configured Sonos speakers, and it works to easily play and stream Spotify audio from an iPhone to the residents Sonos speaker systems. The method should apply the same to basically any compatible wi-fi speaker system.

  1. Under Music Quality, select your preferred settings. You can choose from the audio quality settings in the table in Music quality details below. Note: You can have different settings for listening online (Streaming quality) or offline (Download quality).
  2. A similar issue has been happening to me. It takes multiple attempts to connect with a speaker through the Spotify app (if they show up at all) then the connection will drop mid song. The song might still be playing but the connection is lost and I cannot control the music through the Spotify app. This started a few days ago.
